any new buildings; farm buildings, carport, garage, balconies, canopy, dormer, decks, additions or enclosing a porch.
constructing any accessory buildings over 108 square feet (10 square metres)
excavating to construct a new or full basement under an existing structure.
replacing windows other than those of the original size
change of use (residential to commercial, etc...)
