MINUTES OF McMURRICH/MONTEITH TOWNSHIP

COUNCIL MEETING – DECEMBER 11^th, 2006

McMurrich/Monteith Township council met on Monday, December 11^th, 2006 at 7:40p.m. in the municipal office/fire hall in Sprucedale.

Present were Councilors: Heather Wilson, Mervin Mulligan, John Murphy, and David Evans. Absent with Regret was Reeve Glynn Robinson

This Special Meeting was called to order at 7:40pm by Merv Mulligan.  The meeting was called due to the person previously chosen as the Rink Caretaker has declined the position.

Evans – Wilson Whereas Chase Gilpin has not accepted the position of Rink Caretaker;  Therefore Council hire David Dawe as the Rink Caretaker for the 2006/07 Winter Season.  CARRIED

Wilson - Evans We adjourn at 7:45pm until Tues. Jan 2^nd/07 or at the call of Reeve.  CARRIED

Minutes not approved until accepted by Council.
