MINUTES OF McMURRICH/MONTEITH TOWNSHIP COUNCIL MEETING – DECEMBER 21st, 2006
McMurrich/Monteith Township council met on Monday, December 21st, 2006 at 7:25p.m. in the municipal office/fire hall in Sprucedale.
Present were Councilors: Reeve Glynn Robinson, Heather Wilson, Mervin Mulligan, John Murphy, and David Evans.
This Special Meeting was called to order at 7:25pm by Reeve Glynn Robinson . The meeting was called due to an employee resigning from the Roads Department.
There were no Declarations of Pecuniary Interest declared.
Murphy – Wilson That we go into a closed session at 7:26pm regarding Twp Personnel. CARRIED
Wilson – Evans That we come out of a closed session at 8:25pm. CARRIED
Evans – Mulligan That we advertise for a standby partime snowplow operator. CARRIED
Evans – Mulligan We support Fern Harris as our Representative on the Board of Management (Belvedere Heights Home for the Aged). CARRIED
Murphy - Wilson That we do now adjourn at 8:46pm until Jan 2nd/07 or at the call of Reeve. CARRIED
Minutes not approved until accepted by Council.
