Parking (Winter) and Snow Removal

No person shall park a vehicle on any maintained road in such a manner as to interfere with the movement of traffic or the clearing of snow. These vehicles will be removed at the owner's expense. No person shall deposit snow or ice on a roadway. Every person who contravenes this provision is guilty of an offense and is liable, upon conviction, to a fine.
