Vehicles Interfering with Traffic and Deposit of Snow on Roadway

No person shall park or stand a vehicle on a highway in such a manner as to interfere with the movement of traffic or the clearing of snow.  Persons who park their vehicle on the roadside will have their vehicle tagged and towed at the owner's expense.

No person shall deposit snow or ice on a roadway without permission in writing to do so.

Persons who contravenes these provisions are guilty of an offense and liable, upon conviction, to a fine.
